  • culinary degree or at least 10 years of combined experience in catering and restaurant settings
  • confident knowledge of food safety practices and their importance
  • strong multitasking and time management skills
  • ability to work independently and take initiative
  • excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • bilingual skills are a plus
  • proven ability to adapt recipes and processes to meet event needs

Job Duties

  • lead banquet service operations according to hotel standards
  • ensure food safety practices are strictly followed
  • manage time efficiently to meet banquet deadlines
  • multitask and coordinate various banquet tasks smoothly
  • deliver exceptional guest service with attention to details
  • adapt food and service practices as necessary during events
  • collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless execution
