About the Role:

The role of a Cook at Hilton is pivotal in delivering the exceptional dining experience guests expect. As a Cook, you are not only responsible for preparing great tasting, high-quality food items but also for embodying the spirit of hospitality that makes every guest’s stay pleasant and memorable. Job Requirements

  • Prior cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Job Duties

  • Inspect preparations and dishes to ensure quality and presentation standards
  • Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary following food handling and safety protocols
  • Coordinate timing and plating, manage and direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks and ordering
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
