All team members, including cooks, are expected to promptly acknowledge guests, respond to their needs, and contribute to the overall success of the team by participating actively in departmental meetings and ongoing training. Staff members support Southern Management's mission, vision, and values by complying with all internal policies and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. Physical demands include extended periods on feet, lifting up to 30 pounds, and the ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, temperatures, and humidity.
