  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Deliver specialty offerings such as sushi or regional cuisine
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and food products
  • Visually inspect all prepared dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
  • Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
