Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
- knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
- ability to work full-time and flexible hours
- capability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- completion of any required food handler certification

Job Duties
- Perform cooking procedures including sautéing, grilling, frying, baking, and roasting
- operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
- utilize knife skills to prepare ingredients including slicing, chopping, mincing, julienning, and dicing
- prepare and store food according to sanitation and safety guidelines
- follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- monitor finished products and communicate delays to leadership
- clean and organize kitchen workstations, equipment, and walk-in coolers
