This role also requires learning all menu items produced in your immediate area and ensuring that each dish meets precise presentation and temperature standards.
Food safety is paramount, and you will adhere strictly to all health regulations, including proper labeling, dating, and storage of leftovers, contributing to a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Operating kitchen machinery like mixers, fryers, broilers, and ovens safely will be a fundamental part of your duties, enhancing both productivity and safety practices.
This position offers an engaging workplace where you can explore new culinary techniques, develop professionally, and discover your true potential in the hospitality industry. The hotel supports your growth through Marriott Travel Benefits and provides a supportive environment where teamwork and guest satisfaction remain top priorities.
