Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Two years of previous culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work single station in the kitchen
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to Hyatt’s recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
  • Operate single kitchen stations independently under supervision
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
