- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Two years of previous culinary experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Ability to work single station in the kitchen
- Refined verbal communication skills
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to Hyatt’s recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
- Operate single kitchen stations independently under supervision
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
