Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • one to two years of experience in a related culinary position
  • ability to work as a team member
  • good communication skills with kitchen staff
  • knowledge of cooking practices and procedures
  • physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, bend knees frequently, and stand for long periods
  • moderate hearing and excellent vision
  • ability to comprehend use records and special requests
  • willingness to work in varying temperatures from freezer cold to kitchen heat
