Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality management
  • Proven experience managing events in a high-volume or upscale environment
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, banquet operations, and event coordination
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management or POS systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown
  • Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
  • Ensure all events meet quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Supervise room setup, decor, and food and beverage service to align with event specifications
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply levels for banquet operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly during events
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to execute menus and service timelines
  • Track labor and operational costs to meet financial goals
