The role of Banquet/Clubs Manager at Levy’s University of Michigan location is a critical leadership position focused on overseeing all banquet and event operations. Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality management
  • Proven experience managing events in a high-volume or upscale environment
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, banquet operations, and event coordination
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management or POS systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
