Job Description

The Seabird Resort is seeking a Banquet Chef to manage the banquet kitchen and create authentic experiences that deliver the Southern California Dream to guests. This role involves collaborating with senior chefs to execute high-volume banquet functions, VIP events, and galas both on property and off premise.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • culinary degree preferred
  • experience in banquet kitchen management essential
  • strong leadership and creativity skills
  • ability to manage large volume production for events
  • familiarity with menu planning and quality control
