Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in banquet or event culinary roles
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- strong organizational and time management skills
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- certification in food safety or sanitation preferred

- drive culinary excellence by selecting high-quality ingredients upholding presentation standards and ensuring consistency in execution of dishes
- enhance banquet offerings by assisting in menu development incorporating seasonal and creative elements to elevate the banquet dining experience
- collaborate for success by reviewing banquet event orders and working with catering and events teams to execute customized menus that exceed client expectations
- manage financial performance by controlling costs monitoring budgets and optimizing profitability through efficient production planning
- inspire and develop the team by supervising and supporting team members monitoring performance providing coaching and fostering a positive and productive work environment
- uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
