- Lead banquet culinary operations overseeing food preparation and production for banquet events ensuring high standards of food quality presentation cost controls and profitability
- Drive culinary excellence by selecting high-quality ingredients upholding presentation standards and ensuring consistency in execution of dishes
- Assist in menu development incorporating seasonal and creative elements to enhance banquet offerings
- Collaborate with Catering and Events teams to review Banquet Event Orders and execute customized menus surpassing client expectations
- Manage financial performance by controlling costs monitoring budgets and optimizing profitability through efficient production planning
- Inspire and develop team members through supervision coaching and fostering a positive productive work environment
- Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring guest and team member wellbeing
