Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage with specific experience in pastry and garde manger preferred
- relevant college coursework preferred
- fully experienced in use of various kitchen equipment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- near vision capability
- ability to move quickly and work long hours
- good communication skills in English
- ability to convey and understand information
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
