Job Requirements

  • College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience in both a la carte and banquet operations
  • Minimum 5 years cooking experience
  • Food or beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • Effective communication skills with public and team members
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Understanding of financial goals
  • Willingness to work extended hours
  • Meet minimum age requirement

Job Qualifications
