Job Requirements
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience in both a la carte and banquet operations
- Minimum 5 years cooking experience
- Food or beverage service worker permit where applicable
- Effective communication skills with public and team members
- Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
- Understanding of financial goals
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Meet minimum age requirement

Job Duties
- Communicate daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures
- Complete daily food requisitions and daily specials
- Assist in the hiring, training, and coaching of the culinary team
- Play an integral role in menu development
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional banquet dining experiences
