3+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a banquet or catering environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Creativity and passion for culinary arts

Job Duties

Oversee food preparation and cooking processes during events
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Manage kitchen staff and provide training and mentorship
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with event staff to deliver seamless banquet service
Develop and implement banquet menus
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
