  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes during events
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff and provide training and mentorship
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with event staff to deliver seamless banquet service
  • Develop and implement banquet menus
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
