We are seeking a Banquet Lead who specializes in guest experience and has familiarity with audio-visual setups to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that involves leading a banquet team with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring flawless event execution, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position offers a pay scale between $22 and $24 per hour and presents an opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction are top priorities. As the Banquet Lead, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager to orchestrate all aspects of banquet event operations, from overseeing audio-visual setups to supervising food and beverage service. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, attentiveness to guest needs, and impeccable service standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the banquet team, guiding them with clear direction and leading by example. You will ensure every event detail exceeds guest expectations, from greeting guests warmly, handling special requests expertly, to anticipating guest needs throughout each event. Your role will encompass oversight of event setup, execution, and cleanup, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and providing support during peak service times. You will also be engaged in the training of team members on various meal service styles and ensure operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout service areas. This position requires a professional and personable demeanor, responsiveness to both guest and team requests, and a commitment to upholding the highest hospitality standards.
