As a Banquet Lead specializing in guest experience and familiar with audiovisual technology, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional event execution and customer satisfaction. The Banquet Lead acts as the front-line manager during events, supervising the banquet team with enthusiasm, precision, and clear communication.
