Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to think and act quickly under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or event service preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of professional food service during banquet events
- Serve food and beverages to banquet guests with attentiveness and professionalism
- Coordinate with Banquet Sales Managers, Servers, and Housemen to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage large groups efficiently, including parties of up to 200 people or more
- Maintain high standards of service, including attention to detail such as arranging white linens and table settings
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests during banquet service
- Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff to uphold service quality
