The Banquet Captain role at Hilton is a pivotal position that goes beyond merely overseeing food and beverage service at banquet functions. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or banquet supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic proficiency with billing and payment systems
