As a Banquet Captain at SHG, you will play a pivotal role within a team dedicated to exceptional service and hospitality. This position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. You will work directly under the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, and Food & Beverage Director, taking charge of hourly banquet food and beverage servers and representing the hotel during banquet events. Your responsibilities will include providing clear leadership and supervision to banquet staff, ensuring meticulous coordination of room setups, including audio/visual and food and beverage arrangements. Your efforts will focus on guest satisfaction, adherence to hospitality standards, and supporting profitability goals.
