The Regular Full-Time Banquet Captain role at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is a vital leadership position within the banquets team, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and flawless execution of banquet events. This role requires a compassionate, genuine, and hospitality-driven professional who is eager to elevate guest experiences by providing exceptional service with a personal touch. The Banquet Captain serves as a primary point of contact during events, anticipating guest needs, maintaining open communication with in-house group contacts, and working closely with various operational departments including Catering, Conference Services, and Kitchen teams. The position demands confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a solution-focused approach to accommodate special requests and inquiries related to hotel services and operations. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $16.39 plus service charges, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must have 2 or more years of supervisory banquet service experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment and hold current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications. The role involves physically standing and moving throughout the entire shift and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
