You will lead from the front by greeting guests warmly and overseeing the timing and execution of service to ensure a flawless event experience. Your leadership will be central to training new banquet staff on proper service techniques for plated meals, buffets, and reception-style events, ensuring a consistently high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction throughout every function.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and an unwavering commitment to detail and guest satisfaction. As a Banquet Captain, you will also assist with food and beverage delivery during peak periods and supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events. Maintaining clean, organized, and safe service areas will be a daily priority, reflecting the company’s high standards for both guests and associates.
