Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in banquet or food service required
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the service of banquet functions as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Manager
- Participate in the service and removal of food during banquet functions by offering predetermined menu selections to each table
- Maintain knowledge of each menu selection’s origin, taste, and preparation method
- Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen
- Check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order
- Transport items to guest tables in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
- Make self available to guests, clients, and group contacts to ensure satisfaction
- Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of food servers ensuring all cultural and core standards are met
- Assist with administrative duties including closing banquet checks and preparing supply requisitions
