We take pride in our ability to provide seamless, high-quality service that reflects our brand's values and enhances guest satisfaction.
The Banquet Captain plays a pivotal role within our events team by coordinating and supervising banquet and event service operations from start to finish. This position demands a strong leader with keen attention to detail who can efficiently manage staff and resources in dynamic, fast-paced settings. As the Banquet Captain, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly, following predetermined service plans and banquet orders while upholding our high standards for service and professionalism.

You will lead and train wait staff and setup teams, directing the arrangement of banquet rooms including table settings, seating assignments, and décor to meet event specifications. The role requires creating structured service plans to facilitate timely delivery of courses, maintaining effective communication between kitchen and floor staff to anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly.
Your ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members is crucial for consistent and quality service delivery. Greeting guests warmly and monitoring service standards throughout the event, you will ensure guest satisfaction is achieved consistently. The role also includes financial stewardship responsibilities, such as reviewing and verifying banquet checks for accuracy and policy compliance.
Beyond managing daily operations, the Banquet Captain will support the upkeep and monitoring of banquet equipment and inventory, uphold safety, security, and emergency protocols, and promote sustainability and efficiency initiatives. This role carries additional responsibility as you will serve as acting Banquet Manager during their absence, overseeing all operational aspects and maintaining high service standards.
This position is a unique opportunity to advance your hospitality career by gaining leadership experience within a recognized banquet and event service environment. The role offers a competitive compensation starting at $23.00 per hour, reflecting the professional expertise and leadership skills required. Employment type is typically full-time, allowing dedicated individuals to grow within our reputable team while contributing to memorable events that delight guests and enhance our brand's reputation.
