Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead banquet service staff during events to ensure efficient and courteous service
  • Coordinate with event planners, kitchen staff, and management to confirm event details and special requests
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms according to event specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor the quality and timing of food and beverage service to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor banquet staff to uphold service standards and improve team performance
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, staffing, and inventory usage
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout all banquet operations
