Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or event service, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and banquet operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead banquet service staff during events to ensure efficient and courteous service
- Coordinate with event planners, kitchen staff, and management to confirm event details and special requests
- Manage the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms according to event specifications and safety standards
- Monitor the quality and timing of food and beverage service to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor banquet staff to uphold service standards and improve team performance
- Maintain accurate records of event details, staffing, and inventory usage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout all banquet operations
