Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of banquet attendant or server experience
- Food or beverage service worker permit where applicable
- Ability to lead and manage service teams
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license if applicable
Job Qualifications
- One year banquet attendant or server experience
- Food or beverage service worker permit where applicable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license where applicable
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate banquet service staff during events
- Ensure all banquet events are executed to the highest standards
- Collaborate with event planners and culinary teams to manage event details
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet areas
- Maintain compliance with food and beverage service standards
- Train new banquet servers and support team development
