We are currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Busser who exemplifies enthusiasm and a passion for outstanding service. The Banquet Busser plays a vital role in supporting our banquet operations by ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently and impeccably. Reporting directly to the Director of Banquets, this position demands a professional who thrives in dynamic and high-pressure environments, delivering quick and attentive service that enhances the overall guest experience. Key responsibilities include assisting banquet servers by preparing all the necessary items related to events, such as linens, napkins, buffet equipment, condiments, and décor elements like votives and jack stands. The role also involves setting up and servicing coffee breaks for smaller gatherings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a flexible schedule to accommodate different shifts and weekend work. Proficiency in English is essential to communicate clearly with team members and guests.
