The Banquet Bartender is responsible for accurate drink preparation, presentation, and adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines. A key aspect of this role is compliance with responsible alcohol service practices, including observing legal drinking age regulations and monitoring guest consumption to maintain a safe environment for all attendees.

This role requires flexibility as shifts vary depending on the club's event schedule and may include morning events and holidays. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by attentively preparing and serving beverages at club events, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and supporting the banquet operations team. Your professionalism and adherence to TPC brand standards help uphold the club's reputation as a top-tier golf and event destination. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but requires strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks that require vision and manual dexterity.
