A Banquet Bartender at Salish Lodge & Spa is expected to have at least one year of related education, training, or experience. The candidate should be skilled in the use of computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems, demonstrating the ability to efficiently set up and break down banquet bars. Expertise in mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks and operating all bar equipment proficiently is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be knowledgeable about applicable liquor laws and regulations and standard cash handling procedures. Holding a current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit is mandatory.
