The Banquet Bartender is tasked with preparing a variety of beverages including beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks according to event specifications and company standards. The role involves setting up and breaking down banquet bars, stocking necessary products and supplies, verifying guest age for alcohol service compliance, operating point-of-sale systems accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized work area throughout events. The bartender also plays a key role in inventory monitoring, assisting with control procedures, and responding promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns. The role requires physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and moving supplies, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other event-based hours.

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation

- alcohol service certification or ability to obtain upon hire
