Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic cash handling experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Monitor product quality by managing inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
