With over a century of heritage, Hilton has set the gold standard for hospitality with an expansive portfolio of world-class brands that serve millions of guests annually worldwide. This company embraces a culture rooted in core values such as hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present, which collectively foster not just memorable guest stays but also an unparalleled workplace environment. At Hilton, the mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality while nurturing a workplace where employees are valued and supported throughout their career journey. Hilton’s innovative employee programs and benefits emphasize well-being, career growth, and financial security, making it a leader not only in guest services but also as an employer.

The Bartender role at Hilton is more than a position involving drink preparation—it is an opportunity to create memorable moments and brighten guests’ days by delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be the face of warmth and friendliness, bringing energy and passion to every interaction with guests. This role requires mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring every drink matches the company's high standards of accuracy and guest satisfaction. You will maintain bar operations by efficiently stocking and organizing supplies such as beverages, glassware, and perishables to enable seamless service. Accuracy in payment processing using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers, is essential. Monitoring product quality and managing inventory helps maintain the freshness and excellence guests expect.

An essential aspect of the Bartender’s responsibilities is to professionally and respectfully manage guest concerns, including handling intoxicated guests safely and thoughtfully. Adhering to regulatory standards concerning health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness is vital to ensure the well-being of both guests and team members. Beyond responsibilities, this role offers the chance to embody Hilton's core values daily and contribute to an award-winning culture recognized globally for being one of the world’s best workplaces. Hilton’s comprehensive benefits package supports team members’ well-being by providing incredible travel perks, financial opportunities through stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, caregiving support, crisis resources, mental health services, generous paid time off, health and welfare plans, and retirement savings options. This comprehensive package underlines Hilton’s commitment to caring for its employees as much as its guests.

Joining Hilton as a Bartender means becoming part of a company with a rich tradition of hospitality excellence. Hilton’s global presence and innovative employee programs provide a career path filled with learning and development opportunities. Whether you are starting your career or looking to advance it, Hilton supports your growth through training, leadership opportunities, and a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. The bartender position is integral to delivering the best stay for every guest and represents a fulfilling job opportunity where your skills in hospitality genuinely make a difference.
