Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- knowledge of state and city alcohol regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- excellent personal presentation
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- confident and outgoing personality
- ability to handle multiple requests with a can-do attitude
- prior bartending experience preferred
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile
- provide quick and efficient beverage service to guests and servers
- adhere to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons service standards
- maintain complete working knowledge of all bar products
- ensure all service details are performed properly
- deliver the highest quality of beverage service
- support banquet team operations as needed
