Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • knowledge of state and city alcohol regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
  • excellent personal presentation
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • confident and outgoing personality
  • ability to handle multiple requests with a can-do attitude
  • prior bartending experience preferred
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile
  • provide quick and efficient beverage service to guests and servers
  • adhere to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons service standards
  • maintain complete working knowledge of all bar products
  • ensure all service details are performed properly
  • deliver the highest quality of beverage service
  • support banquet team operations as needed
