Banquet Bartenders use point-of-sale systems to process orders and payments accurately, complete daily sales reports, and assist with bar setup and closing duties. The physical nature of the role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift stock occasionally, and work in potentially noisy environments during busy events. The shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules, with overtime opportunities as needed.
