They prepare the bar for service by stocking bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, and continuously check for cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area. The bartender supports other team members, contributes to a positive work environment, and participates fully in the club's service training programs and operational goals. Additional duties include resolving guest complaints professionally and assisting with other tasks as needed due to the dynamic nature of the club environment.
