Pyramid Global Hospitality is a prominent hospitality management company with a broad portfolio that encompasses over 200 hotels and resorts and supports more than 18,000 associates spread across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. The company operates a diverse range of hospitality services through its various brands, including Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, which features a collection of distinctive independent properties, Axiom Hospitality, its European arm of hotel management, and PYRAMIDWORKS, which delivers integrated workplace and facility services. With corporate offices strategically located in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid Global Hospitality combines the advantages of global scale with a dedicated, on-the-ground approach that prioritizes exceptional service, operational excellence, and cultivating long-term partnerships.

The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is located in College Station, Texas. This property embodies the spirit of Aggieland coupled with the renowned Howdy Hospitality, offering 250 guest rooms, 23 flexible meeting rooms, and 35,000 square feet of diverse meeting space. It serves as a vibrant hub for a variety of guests and events, ranging from business conferences to special gatherings. Joining this team means being part of a dynamic environment focused on creating memorable experiences for guests and fostering growth and satisfaction for associates.

The role of Banquet Bartender at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to engage with hospitality on a part-time basis, earning between $13 and $18 per hour plus tips. This role centers around setting up and managing banquet bar areas during events, delivering excellent beverage service, and assisting with the general setup and breakdown of banquet rooms. Key responsibilities include preparing bars and tables, serving guests, bussing, and clearing spaces after events, and supporting related food and beverage preparation tasks. This position offers a chance to actively contribute to delivering the signature Howdy Hospitality experience that Pyramid is known for.

Pyramid places its people at the core of their success, emphasizing respect, support, and empowerment to help associates grow their careers. Employees benefit from extensive training programs, access to wellness resources, and discounts across numerous properties nationwide. This role requires flexibility to work varying schedules including Texas A&M football games, Ring Days, graduations, and other high-occupancy special events, as well as a commitment to uphold the company's values as embodied in the Aggie Path of P.R.I.D.E—positivity, respect, integrity, dedication, and excellence. This commitment ensures that every team member makes a meaningful difference in the guest experience and their workplace.

This part-time position offers work hours ranging from 8 to 29 hours per week and demands a readiness to work weekends, evenings, and high-demand event days. In addition to competitive hourly wages and tips, the role includes important benefits such as a 401k with company match, wellness program access, pet insurance discounts, and discounts at hundreds of properties within Pyramid’s extensive portfolio. Full-time employees also have access to medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits, along with tuition reimbursement after one year of service.

Joining Pyramid Global Hospitality and the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center means becoming part of a respected and evolving hospitality leader that continually earns recognition for workplace excellence and guest service accolades.
