Job Requirements
- must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

- open availability including weekends and holidays
- previous bartending experience required
- strong knowledge of alcohol and beverage service
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- previous bartending experience in a luxury event space
- strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- WSET level 2 certification preferred
- open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare beverages for guests according to SMI recipes and guidelines
- ensure compliance with all liquor laws during preparation, serving, and consumption
- maintain high service standards for all banquet events
- provide all liquors outlined in banquet event orders
- manage inventory and ensure accountability for beverage costs
- collaborate with banquet staff and servers to meet event requirements
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
