Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced event environments
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Working knowledge of bar equipment, drink preparation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional beverage service in banquet and event settings
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up, stock, maintain, and break down banquet bar stations based on event needs and BEOs
  • Ensure bar areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout events
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times
  • Verify guest identification and comply with all New Mexico alcohol service laws
  • Communicate effectively with banquet teams, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution
  • Process guest orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume events
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service, safety, and sanitation standards
