Job Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced event environments
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Working knowledge of bar equipment, drink preparation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional beverage service in banquet and event settings
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up, stock, maintain, and break down banquet bar stations based on event needs and BEOs
- Ensure bar areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout events
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times
- Verify guest identification and comply with all New Mexico alcohol service laws
- Communicate effectively with banquet teams, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume events
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service, safety, and sanitation standards
