Each club under Invited's umbrella offers an impressive range of first-class amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, exquisite handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and fully equipped fitness centers. The company has built its reputation on fostering an inclusive, high-performance team environment where employees are empowered to contribute meaningfully to the club's success and member satisfaction.
The role of Bartender at Invited plays a crucial part in maintaining this high standard of service that members and guests have come to expect. This position involves a blend of hospitality skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service abilities. As a bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining strict beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring and serving of products, and keeping the bar area organized and clean. Your role goes beyond mixing drinks; you will be the face of the club’s bar service, providing a warm, personalized experience by knowing members' names, greeting them promptly, and executing their orders with precision and care.
Bartenders are expected to uphold the three-steps of service throughout every interaction, reinforcing Invited’s commitment to excellence. Working closely with the food and beverage team, you will assist in serving food and beverages, prepare the bar for each shift, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available liquors, beers, wines, and daily menu specials. Attention to cleanliness and efficient organization of the work area is a continuous responsibility, along with completing daily assignments and side work to meet the club’s high standards. Furthermore, you will actively support your colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
This position is typically full-time and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Invited offers a competitive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. The company’s culture emphasizes personal and professional growth, safety, and ethical work standards, which align perfectly with the bartender’s role and responsibilities.
