As a Banquet Barback, your role goes beyond merely preparing bar areas for service; you are a crucial part of spreading warmth and hospitality to every guest interaction. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to bar service operations. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing fresh ingredients such as cutting garnishes and mixing juices, ensuring the bar is fully stocked with all the necessary supplies, managing beer kegs and taps for uninterrupted service, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and regulatory compliance in all bar and storage areas. This position requires collaboration with bartenders to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in barback or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients: cut, slice, and peel garnishes and fruits, mix juices, and place all prepared supplies in designated containers
- Keep the bar stocked: work closely with the bartender to ensure the bar is stocked with essentials like glassware, ice, produce, condiments and paper products
- Manage beer kegs and taps: transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps to ensure uninterrupted service
- Assist with inventory management: retrieve orders from the storeroom, visually check stock, reconcile with written requisitions, and re-check upon delivery
- Keep bar and storage areas clean: maintain cleanliness of the bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Comply with regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
