This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $22.15 and requires the candidate to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. The person in this role supports bartenders by maintaining stock levels, monitoring guest needs, and ensuring a clean and well-organized bar environment. The Barback must be physically capable of extended standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. This position demands flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry preferred
- ability to stand continuously for up to 8 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- legal work authorization for the location
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service
- fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders
- breakdown, clean and set up side stations and back of house areas
- comply with Four Seasons category one and category two work rules and standards of conduct as set forth in Empact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
