Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a bartender or in related hospitality roles
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage service protocol
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- punctuality and reliability

- Clear knowledge of banquet bartender duties
- understanding of property standards and safety regulations
- ability to produce drinks consistent with quality standards and recipes
- experience in hospitality or banquet event environments

- ability to manage cash and credit transactions
- demonstrated commitment to punctuality and attendance
- familiarity with state liquor laws
Job Duties
- Set up assigned station per BEO requirements and standards
- accomplish daily assignment of duties in designated banquet areas to the quality standards
- assist banquet set up teams as requested including setting tables, rolling silverware, moving or arranging furniture in the event space
- assist other bartenders and servers to support teamwork during banquets
- keep function room and station neat and clean per established policies and procedures
- maintain front and back of the house cleanliness standards
- greet, interact and engage with guests in a professional manner exceeding guest expectations
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all equipment in assigned areas
- manage time and bar section productivity according to the volume of business
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and safety controls
- collect cash and process credit cards in accordance with company policies
- ensure deliveries match liquor requisitions and monitor supplies
- comply with state liquor laws
