Job Duties

  • Assist guests with directions, entertainment, show event schedules and other information
  • Be comfortable working with bar and restaurant equipment including coffee brewers, soda guns, small dishwashers, and three compartment sink washer setup
  • Be comfortable handling bar supplies including small trays, carafes, coffee pots, and glassware
  • Maintain the bar through cleaning, sanitizing, setting up and breaking down
  • Assist in stocking the bar with liquors, glassware and supplies
  • Have general knowledge of bar setup, sanitation and rotating of stock
