Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 months of experience in baking or culinary school
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- must supply own work shoes and pastry tools
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 months of experience in baking or culinary school
- must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning and evening shifts at all four lodges
- must provide work shoes French knife and other knives spatulas and pastry tools
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to lift and carry full sheet pans
Job Duties
- assist in preparing baked goods and other items as needed following the prep list and designated recipes and procedures
- display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked clean and organized
- present a courteous attitude to guests going out of the way to offer assistance on the phone or in person
- maintain a clean safe and sanitary work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
