Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work around event schedules
- Previous experience as dishwasher, utility worker, server, or banquet staff preferred
- Compliance with company safety and security policies
- Ability to report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy objects
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- No prior work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room
- Clean and return equipment to proper location
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations
- Transport dirty linen to cleaning areas and restock linen shelves with clean items
- Assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
