Job Requirements
- Must be flexible with availability to work around event schedules

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate such as GED
- Previous experience in dishwashing, utility work, serving, or banquet preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional personal appearance and uniform adherence
- Commitment to quality assurance standards
Job Duties
- Complete final function dismantling by cleaning the room and storing equipment where applicable
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, locking doors, and sorting merchandise
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
- Transport soiled linens to laundry areas, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock clean linens
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using consistent cleaning procedures
- Assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service
