The Banquet Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of banquet events, meticulously ensuring that each detail aligns with client specifications and company standards. This includes managing logistics such as room setups, audio-visual equipment, and catering services. Supervision of banquet staff, including servers and support personnel, is a critical part of the role, ensuring that event operations are flawless and service delivery is exceptional.
