Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
  • transport dirty linens to correct areas for cleaning and restock linen shelves
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
