Job Duties
- Welcome guests and verify their identity effectively
- Manage access control to ensure authorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols to detect and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person and over the phone professionally
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns clearly
- Ensure the overall safety and protection of individuals and property in the assigned area
