This bartender role is integral to our daily operations and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently maintaining bar supplies and preparing requisitions daily, ensuring that the bar runs smoothly without interruption. A thorough knowledge of various liquors, drink recipes, pricing, and the appropriate glassware and garnishes for each beverage is essential. The bartender must handle cash and transactions accurately, using systems like MICROS registers, correctly processing discounts, tips, and bank procedures, thereby guaranteeing the integrity of financial interactions.
In addition to technical skills, the role demands excellent interpersonal abilities. Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and maintaining positive relations are key to ensuring our guests enjoy their experience and return frequently. The bartender will be trained formally on liquor liability within the first 30 days of employment and will continue to receive updates every two years to remain compliant and knowledgeable in responsible beverage service.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office or bar environment
- Prolonged periods of standing and occasional walking
- Frequent fine motor skills using hands for keyboarding typing and operating equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Occasionally required to stand walk bend reach or carry items
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed
- Visual ability to read from screens and printed material

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes prices and type of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
